Description
WST, the global leader in signature recognition and quality control systems for the finishing industry has developed a new device to address the issue of producing Softcover products with slick covers on three-knife trimmers or book stackers.
Operation
This water spray device for moisturization of printed books prevents products from slipping when transported in a stack. The Aqua Jet is pluggable and movable which makes it very easy to operate. Once in position the necessary amount of water can be adjusted. A photo eye will detect the products on the conveyors automatically.
This new developed system is designed mainly to be used on three-knife trimmer infeed’s or book stackers.
