*WST GTDC1-3 Glue-Track-Drop-Control

Description:
The system is designed to detect glue dots, beads of cold or hot glue at a speed up to 15 KHz. The sensor (s) incl. light is mounted directly underneath the nozzle head when it is discharging. Therefore problems causing by motion during the production flow will be eliminated.  
A17” touch screen control monitor with specific WST operator friendly software makes the handling and adjustments of this system easy and quick. Every detected error will be represented on the monitor and signals, e. g. the stopping of the machine. Optional activation of a reject unit can be defined by an intelligent interface.  It is possible to connect 3 reading heads to one control system. 

Function:
The characteristics of the desired glue track will be leaned and with the help of the defined customer tolerances, checked on correctness.

The individual selectable tolerances are:
-    Amount and length of the drops-dots-bead
-    Length of the spacing
-    Distance before the glue drop start
-    Distance after the glue drop ends
-    Spacing between drops-dots-bead
