WST’s inspection control system assures complete adhesive coverage on perfect bound products.
The WST GC1-1 is a thermo-graphic camera.
The camera allows seeing temperature troubled spots, meaning not good coverage of adhesives on spines at any production speed.
The monitoring system is mounted below a straight running binder clamp.
A WST central computer with special WST software is connected to the camera and is responsible for the evaluation of the incoming data and the control of the complete system.
The setting and monitoring of the system is made very easy by using a touch screen monitor.
